“From the sales end, working with Caleb and Rueben, to the installation with Jesse and Artem, they were all great to work with. Neat and precise and kept at it till the job was done, very professional. We replaced an old oil burner with a new oil burner and indirect hot water tank with a continuous loop. We are no longer wasting water just to get hot water at our sinks, and the temperature is very consistent, no constant adjusting and no running out of hot water. The system is working great and I would highly recommend JM Lapp.”
