Not pleased with the service I had from them last year. Can't itemize a bill to help you understand what it is you're paying for. But, I'm here to write this review in response to the recklessness exhibited by your drivers. Most of New Holland is 35mph so there's zero reason to go flying 60+ in a residential area with crosswalks. I've observed them driving in the other lane, not using signals, not stopping and having zero regard for those around them. On multiple occasions your drivers have pulled out right in front of my vehicle without using a turn signal. When I say right in front of my vehicle I mean I'm not even ten feet away and they'll just pull out of your parking lot. They've nearly caused accidents at N Railroad and 23 because they're speeding and turning left from the straight lane, again without signaling. It's dangerous.

JM Lapp installed a new heat pump in a mobile home that I own. It is an older home and it took some time to find what we needed. They went out of their way to make sure everything was what was needed. They spent the day installing the unit. Making sure that everything was working to their liking. They took the old unit and all the other trash with them which was a pleasant surprise. We thought we had to dispose of it. The unit is working to our expectations and more. Overall we were beyond pleased with everyone from the secretaries, the installation team and salesman. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing experience. The staff was was polite, professional, and courteous. The work was done quickly and they explained everything they would be accomplishing as well as what they accomplished at the end of their work. We will be working with them again for our next projects!

I called JM Lapp to repair a burst water pipe in my garage. Kurtis and Kenny showed up twenty minutes after I called. I showed them the burst pipe and they gave me a price estimate that I couldn’t refuse. They completed the job in a timely manner. Kenny and Kurtis were courteous and professional They even treated my dogs like their own. They gave me an estimate for another job while they were here. I’ll have them out soon for the next job. Kudos all around.

Had a great experience with this company. Communication was great. Sent me a text when they were about 20 minutes out. The technician was very informative, very professional, and seem to know his job very well. I also liked that the technician took his boots off before he entered my home, not sure if it’s common practice, but I just thought it was thoughtful of him.

We had the failure of a boiler in our home during a very cold time last week and JM Lapp was able to send out a technician and solve the problem for us in less than four hours. They did an outstanding job communicating, and an outstanding job of fixing the problem, both short-term and long-term.

After a routine yearly service and maintenance appointment, JM Lapp notified me that my boiler was leaking, 25 years old and needed to be replaced. No one wants to hear that news, but JM Lapp 's professionals made the switch from the old one to a new boiler in two short days, provided me with plenty of space heaters, took special care to keep the areas clean and made an expensive event as painless as possible. I will continue to use JM Lapp in the future for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

Our sewage ejector pump (the injector pit pump) died without warning on a Friday night, and within an hour of calling on Monday, Mike was at our door. They showed up exactly when they said they would, diagnosed the failed pump quickly, and had a new Myers unit installed and running that same day. No mess, no upselling, just fast, clean, and professional work. Will work with them again.

I recently needed service at Superior Outdoor Products and turned to J.M. Lapp, who has proven to be a dependable company for all our commercial plumbing needs. We had a few slow restroom drains, so I asked them to check and service all the drains in our restrooms and sinks.I specifically requested Matt King, since he had completed a few other projects for us in the past. Once again, he earned my complete trust. Matt is efficient, gets the work done quickly, and always has the right tools and knowledge for the job. We worked with JMLapp a few years ago when they installed a HVAC system in our home. While the cost was high then, we completely understood as it was a brand new system and they were very professional and great to work with. Unfortunately, just a month ago the system completely failed and even though it’s still under warranty, we were shocked to receive a bill of over $2,000 after they fixed it for us. I reached out to the company to better understand why the cost was so high as their invoice had no detailed explanation. When I called them I was told to leave a message and that I would hear back, but I never received a call back. We are extremely disappointed with both the unexpected expense and the lack of communication/clarification, and I cannot see us working with JMLapp again in the future.
