What began as a one-man operation quickly grew, not because Matt set out to build a big business, but because he kept getting calls from people who needed help—and he couldn’t say no.
Over time, it became clear this wasn’t just a business—it was a calling. A calling to serve people well, create opportunities for others, and do work that makes a lasting impact.

Our headquarters in Lancaster County reflects that commitment. Once an abandoned building, it has been fully restored and renewed—and today, it’s a flourishing part of New Holland’s Main Street scene. The Silk Mill now hosts local businesses and regularly brings the community together for gatherings, celebrations, and events—just like the homes, systems, and neighborhoods we’re honored to serve.
