“Over the past 2.5 months, I’ve been fighting with a competitor to fix my boiler ignition problem. At wits end I searched the boiler manufacturer’s website to find a preferred service company and found JM Lapp listed. At wits end, I contacted Lapp and am very impressed with the technician who serviced my unit. He found multiple problems with the units programming an other settings. One was the system was set for natural gas and not propane which is my fuel source. After fixing the settings, the unit know longer makes it’s quirky little noises, all three zones can run simultaneously without setting a soft lock out shutting the system down. I was amazed at how thorough the technician was. The other company never opened panels and checked as many parts or even went into the settings panel during annual service. I’ll be making Lapps my service provider from now on for all my plumbing, hydronic and hvac annual and emergency repair work.”
