“JM Lapp was called in to complete an unfinished installation left by a previous firm. Prior to beginning the work the Lapp plumber examined the prior work and discovered a leak that was unaddressed by the previous firm.
The leak was repaired fairly quickly and tested prior to leaving. I'm certain another plumber would have simply installed new valves and left without being as thorough. I've been witness to a lot of "service professionals" and can recognize quality work when I see it, and I like giving credit where it's deserved. Thanks Mike!”
