Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience with our tech when he came out to service our AC and minisplit. He was here for awhile so I’m assuming he made sure to get everything done efficiently and correctly. But he left all of our lights on upstairs and our thermostat on 68, when we don’t usually use the upstairs, so it was set to off prior to him arriving. He also left his disinfecting spray container sitting in a spot in our yard and it killed our grass. He actually left it here too, next to all of my kids outdoor toys; thankfully I saw it right away and put it up out of hands reach. Just kinda careless work, not much attention to the fine, important details. I’m not trying to be nit picky, but just leave the area how it was when you arrived. Was kinda surprised about this as we’ve had mostly good experiences with JM Lapp before.

I used them for the first time recently. I was very impressed with Monroe ,the plumbing and water treatment professional. He was professional, courteous and caring. I'm feeling very confident that I have picked my new water guys. They fixed a faucet and helped with my water treatment system.

We had a water softener break, releasing resin throughout our plumbing system. JM Lapp responded with swift service, providing experienced technicians to resolve the situation. Their customer support and on call holiday emergency services was excellent.To be commended are Matt, Kenny, Peter, Mike and Tonya who all worked together to navigate this situation. My first floor bathroom ceiling collapsed and they were able to send out a technician with four hours. Michael called 20 minutes before arriving. He identified the problem within 15 minutes, although my issue was not one of the services that they listed on their website. I had a leak in the second floor Jacuzzi. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, came and did not object to my four dogs. I was very happy with the services and I actually spoke with him about a few other projects I need done at my home. He was able to quote me a price before he left the job. I cannot say enough nice things about this company, and I will tell you that I had also been given their name by a real estate agent friend of mine. If you need any plumbing work done, this is your place.

I woke up to the sound of my bathroom ceiling, collapsing. I needed emergency services because I was afraid to use either bathroom as one is on top of the other. The plumber was here within four hours, identified himself, was great, personable, did not object to the fact that I have four dogs. He came in and identified the problem within 15 minutes and had it fixed within another 15 or 20 minutes. Although the price might seem a little high, the service that he provided was not a normal fix. The problem was actually a leak in my Jacuzzi that caused the collapse of my master bedroom ceiling. The plumber identified this leak within a very short period of time, although I don’t believe that this was a service listed on the companies site.I would recommend this company, and I was also given this company‘s name from another satisfied customer. If you need a plumber, this is your company.

We had a situation at our Air bnb that needed addressed immediately!Our sewer line was clogged between the house and the road.The service tech used their snake to open the affected spot with ease and without digging into the yard to find it.I appreciate this being a large company with all the tools but still are very service oriented!

I had an excellent experience with JM Lapp with the replacement of a broken water softener. The team came over to assess the situation, provide a fair quote (so fair that I didn't bother to shop it or compare), and returned within a few days to do the installation. Their crew was courteous, respectful of the home (booties, protection cloth), and very clean work. I highly recommend.

Not pleased with the service I had from them last year. Can't itemize a bill to help you understand what it is you're paying for. But, I'm here to write this review in response to the recklessness exhibited by your drivers. Most of New Holland is 35mph so there's zero reason to go flying 60+ in a residential area with crosswalks. I've observed them driving in the other lane, not using signals, not stopping and having zero regard for those around them. On multiple occasions your drivers have pulled out right in front of my vehicle without using a turn signal. When I say right in front of my vehicle I mean I'm not even ten feet away and they'll just pull out of your parking lot. They've nearly caused accidents at N Railroad and 23 because they're speeding and turning left from the straight lane, again without signaling. It's dangerous.

JM Lapp installed a new heat pump in a mobile home that I own. It is an older home and it took some time to find what we needed. They went out of their way to make sure everything was what was needed. They spent the day installing the unit. Making sure that everything was working to their liking. They took the old unit and all the other trash with them which was a pleasant surprise. We thought we had to dispose of it. The unit is working to our expectations and more. Overall we were beyond pleased with everyone from the secretaries, the installation team and salesman. I would highly recommend this company.

I called JM Lapp to repair a burst water pipe in my garage. Kurtis and Kenny showed up twenty minutes after I called. I showed them the burst pipe and they gave me a price estimate that I couldn’t refuse. They completed the job in a timely manner. Kenny and Kurtis were courteous and professional They even treated my dogs like their own. They gave me an estimate for another job while they were here. I’ll have them out soon for the next job. Kudos all around.

Had a great experience with this company. Communication was great. Sent me a text when they were about 20 minutes out. The technician was very informative, very professional, and seem to know his job very well.
